HVAC Design & Report Services

1. Manual J Load Calculation

  • Includes: Room-by-room breakdown, detailed inputs (insulation, windows, orientation, occupancy), and recommended equipment capacity.

  • Pricing:

    • Per System: $150 (subject to project complexity)​

 

2. Manual S Equipment Selection

  • Includes: Equipment performance data analysis, capacity matching, and verification of selected units.

  • Manual J must be provided to perform a Manual S calculation. If a Manual J is not provided we will need to perform a Manual J before providing the Manual S.

  • Pricing:

    • Per System: $200

    • Bundled with Manual J: $350​

 

3. Manual D Duct Design

  • Includes: Duct sizing, layout, material recommendations, and static pressure loss calculations.

  • Pricing:

    • Residential: $250 Per House (subject to project complexity)

    • Commercial/Complex Systems: Custom Quote​

 

4. Manual N Commercial Load Calculation

  • Includes: Zone-by-zone load analysis, diversity factors, and detailed commercial building inputs.

  • Pricing:

    • Starting from: $250 (varies by project size and complexity)​

 

5. COMcheck Reports

  • Includes: Mechanical system compliance report.

  • Pricing:

    • Per System: $100

    • Bundled with Design Services: $350 (varies by project size and complexity)​

 

6. Energy Star Reports

  • Includes: Official Energy Star certification documentation for mechanical system.

  • Pricing:

    • Residential Certificate: $100​

 

General Information

  • Consultation: We offer initial consultations to discuss your project needs and provide accurate quotes.

  • Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround times vary by service; rush services are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Revisions: Minor revisions are typically included; significant design changes may incur additional charges.

  • Payment Terms: [Net 30 days] Full invoice amount is due within 30 calendar days from the date the invoice is issued. If the full payment is not received by the end of this 30-day period, a late payment fee shall be assessed on the outstanding balance. This fee will continue to accrue for each subsequent period the balance remains unpaid.
